Having worked as a paralegal in various other states in the U.S. as well as overseas in her native homeland of Aotearoa, New Zealand, Annette joined OLG as paralegal to Mark Rabinowitz in 2023. Bringing with her more than 30 years of paralegal experience in family law and other areas of litigation, Annette is highly organized and compassionate toward each of her team’s clients. She has a bachelor’s degree in English literature, a Master’s in Education, and she aims to obtain a second Masters in Children’s literature. Outside her office workday she raises fruits and vegetables and whatever small animals are in need of fostering.

Bianca is an accomplished litigation paralegal with a decade of experience in the legal field. With a robust background encompassing family law, criminal law, insurance defense, and first-party property, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Her dedication and attention to detail have made her a valuable asset in navigating complex legal matters and providing exceptional support to her clients and legal teams. Outside the office, Bianca is passionate about the great outdoors. She finds joy in fishing, camping, and exploring nature, which helps her balance the demands of her professional life with her love for adventure and relaxation.

Jennifer is a skilled paralegal with 16 years of expertise in criminal, family, and civil law. At the O'Mara Law Group, she is key to the litigation process, providing crucial support to attorneys. Jennifer is highly experienced in case management, legal research, and document drafting, refined through her experience in both large and boutique law firms assisting from initial investigation through to appeals. Fluent in English and Spanish, she also holds a degree in legal and investigative studies. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys watching sports, reading, attending concerts, the beach, and spending quality time with her family.

Penney is the dedicated bookkeeper at the O'Mara Law Group, ensuring that the firm's finances run smoothly and efficiently. With a keen eye for detail and years of experience in financial management, Penney expertly handles the firm's accounts, and budgeting. Her commitment to accuracy and professionalism keeps the firm on solid financial ground, allowing the legal team to focus on what they do best—serving clients. Penney is originally from Alabama and grew up in South Carolina. She loves writing, sketching, and photography.

Annie is our dedicated Executive Assistant with seven years of experience here at O'Mara Law Group. Known for her exceptional organizational skills and commitment to excellence, Annie has played a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the firm’s day-to-day activities. She oversees our social events and is a visual wizard when it comes to making our office an inviting place. She has the unique position of handling our canine mascots and ensuring their routine doesn’t miss a beat when Mark is out of the office. Outside of her professional life, Annie is passionate about travel, art, and retail therapy. She finds joy in exploring new destinations, appreciating various forms of artistic expression, and indulging in a bit of retail therapy to unwind and stay inspired. Her diverse interests reflect her vibrant personality and commitment to a well-rounded, fulfilling life.

Ely has lived in Orlando for 46 years.  Ely has an been a critical part of the legal community for over 20 years. Ely has always had a passion for law and the justice system so after she successfully raised her children, she realized she wanted to continue helping people and families in Central Florida. After some time home with her children, Elly came back to O’Mara Law Group in 2020.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dog and LOVES the beach!

I am proud to say I have been a legal assistant at O’Mara Law Group since March of 2024. I am committed to providing exceptional support to our legal team and clients. My passion for law is driven by a desire to advocate for those in need and guide them through complex legal matters. With a background in Personal Injury Law and newly profound, Criminal Defense and Family Law, it is my goal to bring comfort and balance back to our clients during these challenging times. Growing up in a dynamic household of six boys and one girl has instilled in me the importance of teamwork, communication, and resilience — qualities that have shaped both my personal and professional life. 

Jeffery  is a Legal Assistant at O’Mara Law Group. Jeff has been a Central Florida resident his whole life with deep connections to the community. With backgrounds in the Automotive industry, Video Game Development, Hardware Development, Training and Development of Management for multiple industries and now brings that experience to the Legal field. Jeff takes pride in his white glove service that he gives to each and every client at OLG. A jack of all trades is a master of none, but often times better than a master of one.

Jen is the intake specialist at O’Mara Law Group, where she plays a crucial role in managing and processing initial client inquires and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Her attention to detail and dedication to help streamline the intake process, providing clients with a seamless entry into legal services. Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending quality time with her son and friends. She also loves relaxing with a good book, whether curled up on the couch or in the cozy corner of a coffee shop.  

Julie is the receptionist here at O’mara Law Group, and as the first point of contact to the firm, it is her pleasure to greet and direct each caller in a timely and high-quality manner.
