Attorney Ralph R. Maiolino III was born and raised in York, Pennsylvania. He received his B.A. in History from York College of Pennsylvania in 2018, where his senior thesis was featured by the College and published in its leading academic journal “Past & Present”. He subsequently received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School in Camden, NJ in 2021, where he participated in Moot Court & served as an elected member of the SBA. He relocated to Florida immediately upon his graduation from law school and his successful passage of the Florida Bar Exam.
Since becoming an Attorney, Ralph has dedicated his career to fighting for the People against the interests of the powerful. He first worked as an Assistant State Attorney in Bartow, FL, where he tried multiple cases to jury verdict, winning 2/3 of them, and managed a full-time criminal caseload. He then moved to Orlando, FL where he continued to serve as an Assistant State Attorney in the 9th Judicial Circuit for the next 2 years.
