Ms. Rosenthal is a litigation attorney with years of experience practicing commercial litigation, pursuing creditor’s rights, handling landlord-tenant and business disputes, and working with her clients to effectively resolve issues in the most efficient manner possible. Ms. Rosenthal began her career in Orlando at a national law firm before transitioning to a commercial litigation boutique where her primary focus became management of the firm with more than ten attorneys and multiple offices. In 2009, she was recognized as a “Rising Star” by the Florida Super Lawyers Magazine.

The managerial role undertaken by Ms. Rosenthal allowed her to stay engaged in the litigation environment while also enjoying the flexibility to raise her three children. Now that her children are older, Ms. Rosenthal is excited to bring her excellent business, analytical, legal research and writing skills to the family law practice area. Her experience in complex business litigation and managing a law firm is a critical asset to high profile and net worth cases that can involve significant investments, corporate ownership structures, and complicated equitable distribution and economic issues.
Ms. Rosenthal is a 2001 Honors graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law where she was a board member of the Florida Law Review and published “Individual Voir Dire and Pretrial Publicity: What has the Florida Supreme Court Done to the Jury Selection Process?” She also won the Fall 2000 Book Award for Income Taxation of Estates & Trusts. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, in mathematics from the University of Florida in 1997 and was honored to become a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Ms. Rosenthal is a current member of the Florida Bar and the Orange County Bar Association.
