Mark M. O’Mara is a well-known figure in the legal community in Central Florida. He often appears on CNN as a respected legal analyst. Mr. O’Mara is arguably among the most talented attorneys in Orlando, Central Florida, and the nation.

Bert Barclay and Mark O’Mara are friends who have worked together for over three decades. They share a mutual respect for their skills in the legal arena. Bert is a Central Florida native. He is a highly experienced and respected family law and criminal defense attorney, and a well-known figure in Central Florida courtrooms, representing clients for over 35 years. Bert is admired for his legal expertise, client-focused approach, and naturally warm, empathetic manner.

Christopher Lillard Smith brings over 40 years of legal experience to the O’Mara Law Group. A graduate of the University of Florida’s Fredric G. Levin College of Law, Chris has dedicated his career to providing strategic and effective representation for his clients. Since being admitted to The Florida Bar in 1983, he has developed a reputation for his commitment to justice and his meticulous attention to detail in every case. At the O’Mara Law Group, Chris continues to advocate for clients with the firm’s hallmark dedication to personalized service and results.

Ms. Rosenthal is a litigation attorney with years of experience practicing commercial litigation, pursuing creditor’s rights, handling landlord-tenant and business disputes, and working with her clients to effectively resolve issues in the most efficient manner possible.  Ms. Rosenthal began her career in Orlando at a national law firm before transitioning to a commercial litigation boutique where her primary focus became management of the firm with more than ten attorneys and multiple offices.  In 2009, she was recognized as a “Rising Star” by the Florida Super Lawyers Magazine.

Mark Rabinowitz joined O’Mara Law Group in 2023. He is a former Partner and Practice Group Leader for Greenspoon Marder’s Marital and Family Law practice group, one of the region’s most respected marital and family law groups. Mark is board-certified in Marital and Family Law in Florida, a certification achieved by only a small number of lawyers in Florida. Mark brings exceptional legal skills to every family law matter he represents.

Brittany M. Staggs plays an integral role at the O’Mara Law Group, working closely with Mark O’Mara to provide exceptional support for clients navigating complex legal matters. A Juris Doctor and Florida Registered Paralegal with extensive experience in criminal and family law, Brittany is currently awaiting her bar exam results and is on track to becoming an attorney at the firm. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she ensures the firm can serve a diverse range of clients with compassion and understanding. Brittany’s professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to excellence make her an invaluable part of the O’Mara Law Group team.

Ethan Coonce is a Juris Doctor and valued member of the O’Mara Law Group, currently awaiting bar exam results to officially join the firm as an attorney. During his time as a law clerk at the firm, Ethan demonstrated exceptional legal acumen and a deep commitment to client advocacy. His experience spans various aspects of criminal and family law, where he supported complex case strategies with diligence and insight. Ethan’s dedication to excellence and his passion for the law make him a promising addition to the O’Mara Law Group’s team of skilled legal professionals.
