Misdemeanor Offenses in Florida
Crimes in Florida are categorized as misdemeanors or felonies. Misdemeanor charges are not minor; a conviction can mean severe consequences, including incarceration. Common misdemeanor offenses include the following:

Misdemeanor Classifications and Penalties
